Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces, restrooms, and kitchens regularly.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as part of cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
