A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
**WORK SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING**
This position works a set schedule of Saturday through Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a first shift opening, and the schedule is fixed to meet consistent customer service needs — there is no flexibility to adjust these days or hours. Please apply only if you are able to reliably commit to this schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferred
This job operates in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to inside ambient temperatures. Noise level may be high when operating powered industrial equipment. Employees are required to use appropriate safety equipment to prevent injury to self and/or others.
