Key Responsibilities
1.Asset Management
Manage company assets, including office equipment and warehouse facilities, conduct regular inventory checks, and update asset records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2.Procurement Management
Oversee daily procurement activities, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure timely purchasing of materials to support company operations.
3. Contract Management
Organize and archive contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and provide necessary contract support to effectively manage company procurement and assets.
4.Budget Tracking & Analysis
Monitor and analyze budget execution, assist in preparing and adjusting budget reports, ensuring the efficient allocation and use of financial resources.
5.HR & Administrative Support
Provide basic HR administrative support, assist in organizing employee activities and corporate culture development, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Education
Associate’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with asset management, procurement processes, and contract management is preferred.
2. Cultural Awareness
Good understanding of U.S. local culture and holidays, with multicultural experience preferred.
3. Skills
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of working efficiently under pressure. Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
4. Language
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with local suppliers.
5. Work Authorization
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
