As a Sr Quality Eng Tech here at Brady Corp, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements. 

You will r work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by identifying quality issues and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications
  • Identify and record non-conformities in processes throughout the facility.
  • Perform inspections and tests on materials used in the electronics repair process.
  • Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement in quality processes and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to adopt best practices.
  • Offer training and support to junior team members regarding quality assurance practices.
  • Assist with audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies and third-party organizations.
  • Analyze data from established sources to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Support the establishment of new workstations for incoming products at the service center.
  • Provide assistance to the third-party companies partnered with Brady.
