Role Overview
Mitsubishi Power is hiring a Program Manager, Combustion Services in the Savannah, GA location. The Combustion Services Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, overseeing the full lifecycle of gas turbine combustion component service, repair, refurbishment, and aftermarket projects from quotation through execution and closeout. This role is part of the Business Planning Team and is responsible for coordinating customer requirements, manufacturing schedules, commercial execution, and project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
The Program Manager will manage customer communications, coordinate cross-functional teams, support outage and delivery commitments, oversee project financial performance, facilitate repair scope development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and lead time. The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners to support successful project execution, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify future service and repair opportunities. The position plays a critical role in supporting fleet reliability and delivering exceptional customer service across Mitsubishi Power's combustion services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of combustion component service and repair projects, from quotation and inspection through repair execution and final delivery.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, technical requirements, commercial commitments, and project communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial Operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop repair scopes and execution plans for combustion components, including baskets, transitions, fuel nozzles, and related hardware, while managing inspection findings, scope changes, and outage-driven schedules.
- Monitor project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, cost, profitability, supplier performance, and risk mitigation, and drive recovery plans when required.
- Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, customer reviews, status reporting, technical discussions, shop visits, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners to enhance customer satisfaction and identify future service and aftermarket opportunities.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting while supporting continuous improvement, capacity planning, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, turbomachinery, power generation, project management, commercial operations, or industrial services.
- Experience supporting combustion component repair, gas turbine outages, rotating equipment services, or power generation projects preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related business systems preferred.
- Understanding of combustion component repair processes, outage planning, manufacturing operations, and project execution methodologies preferred.
- Strong project management, commercial, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, repair specifications, inspection reports, manufacturing plans, and contractual requirements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, cost management, profitability analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
