What would you do as a Retail Banker Teller

As a new full-time Retail Banker Teller, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently. You will assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and our internal safety protocols. Daily tasks will also involve balancing your cash drawer and managing electronic transactions with precision. Your expected schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day, allowing for a consistent routine that fosters a collaborative work environment.

During your day, you will engage with both customers and colleagues, honing your communication skills and gaining valuable insights into our banking products and services. Your role will be integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while upholding the values of integrity and professionalism that define our organization.
