PURPOSE OF POSITION: To coordinate the gather experience for Student Ministry at NorthRidge Church as a whole - in furtherance of its 16 Word mission. Plan and oversee volunteers on PCO, Check In Teams, and follow up with 1^st time guests for our Sunday night programming. Additionally work closely alongside our MSM Pastor to plan and coordinate ministry opportunities for our Middle School Ministry.
