PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To lead volunteers and provide meaningful spiritual development for women and to facilitate

their participation in Northridge’s 16 Word Mission via the MOPS framework. Emphasis will be

placed on successfully encouraging volunteers and attendees to take a “next step” in their faith

journey. The opportunities will need to be appropriate for each campus.
