When you join us as a Clinical Tracking Representative, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:
• Coordinate and monitor multiple clinical operations projects and strategic initiatives across the Western region.
• Track action items, risks, and outstanding issues while following up with leadership to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the day-to-day tracking processes by maintaining accurate tracking records, monitoring patient follow-up activities, coordinating with clinical and operational teams, and ensuring compliance with established workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the Tracking System, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule patient procedures in accordance with established clinical workflows.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, radiologist, and internal team members to coordinate care, resolve inquires, and support daily operations.
• Ensure patient information is documented accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
• Must have great communications; Spanish and English preferable
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Outstanding organization and attention to details skills
• Ability to work well in group and individual settings
• Ability to handle assignments under minimal supervision is essential
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management
• High School diploma or equivalency is required

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
