General Description:
The Production Associate is responsible for various tasks on the production floor as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities:
路 Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors
路 Demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts of 5S and autonomous maintenance
路 Treat quality as a key pillar of our success by always doing the right thing for our customers
路 Solve problems daily by working together as an engaged team member
路 Unpackage and prepare raw material for use in production
路 Retrieve and prepare work in process parts for the next production process
路 Prepare finished products for inventory by assembling packaging material, labeling, taping, stacking, inspecting, and recording information
路 Help in the relief of breaks as needed
路 Maintain records and documentation
路 Other projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
路
Experience:
路 Ability to work independently
路 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
路 Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
路 Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed
Education:
路 High school diploma or equivalent
路 Represent the company in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters
路 Comply with occupational safety regulations
路 Work in shifts and overtime as required.
路 Able to lift 50 lbs.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base pay offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional benefits to the base pay range listed above.
