Legacy Management Group is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Administrator to lead the overall operations of one of our skilled nursing facilities. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care.

The Long-Term Care Administrator will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership while overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial results, employee engagement, and quality outcomes. This position works closely with facility leadership and corporate support to strengthen operations and ensure the continued success of the facility.

Key Areas of Leadership:

  • Lead and support the facility's interdisciplinary team

  • Promote exceptional resident care and customer service

  • Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and accountability

  • Oversee regulatory compliance and survey readiness

  • Monitor financial and operational performance

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community

  • Develop and implement plans to improve facility outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Nursing Facility Administrator license in the applicable state

  • Bachelor's degree, as required by the state's Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators

  • Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, facility operations, and quality improvement

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • A visible, approachable, and results-driven leadership style

  • Ability to balance quality resident care, employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial responsibilities
