Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission 

We’re hiring an Inside Debt Sales Representative to work in our office with a team of motivated high-performing closers. If you think you can handle leads hotter than summer temperatures in Miami - this is for you. 

Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective clients about their debt and walk them through available relief options
  • Build rapport, handle objections, and close
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Track activity and pipeline in the CRM
  • Stay up to date on programs and offers so you can sell effectively

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably phone sales or a related field
  • Strong closer with a record of hitting targets
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced sales office
  • Able to connect with people quickly and keep control of the conversation
  • Experience using a CRM
