Project Coordinator
What this job involves:
As a Project Coordinator within JLL’s Project and Development Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial real estate design and construction projects for high-profile clients. This position combines financial administration, project governance, operational coordination, and technology adoption to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations. Working across both remote and onsite environments, you will maintain project data integrity, support financial processes, and help drive accountability to established standards and procedures.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Review, track, and process project budgets, vendor proposals, purchase orders, and change orders within financial systems while ensuring all transactions remain within approved project budgets and data accuracy standards.
Reconcile vendor invoices against contract agreements, proactively resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries related to purchase orders and invoicing processes.
Utilize JLL and client project management technology platforms daily, support adoption of emerging digital tools, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the team.
Identify project-related risks, workflow bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, implement solutions within scope, and escalate complex issues with clear recommendations and supporting context.
Audit project data entries across assigned projects, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain alignment with PMO standards and reporting requirements.
Recommend process improvements and operational best practices that enhance project delivery, efficiency, and overall team performance.
Attend program and project meetings, document action items and deliverables, and follow through with stakeholders to maintain accountability and project momentum.
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to support seamless communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution.

Required qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, project accounting, or a related support function within a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven experience with financial reconciliation, purchase order management, vendor invoice processing, and resolving data inconsistencies within financial systems.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability to established procedures, follow up consistently on deliverables, and support adherence to project governance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders across varying levels of an organization.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to independently troubleshoot common remote and onsite technology issues including VPN access, SSO authentication, monitor setup, and peripheral connectivity.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project and financial documentation.
Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies, execute documented procedures accurately, and adapt to evolving client needs.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within hybrid work environments while supporting operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience supporting commercial real estate, design, construction, or project management teams with familiarity in industry terminology and project delivery workflows.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, as well as Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with project management, procurement, or financial management software platforms within a professional services environment.
Familiarity with PMO governance standards, reporting structures, and project lifecycle coordination.
Interest in process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts that support operational efficiency and innovation.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance project delivery outcomes.

Estimated compensation for this position:
55,300.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
