As an Engineering Document Specialist, you will keep engineering documentation accurate and up to date so production and kitting can run smoothly. Working onsite, you'll create and maintain engineering documents, including production and kitting Bills of Materials (BOMs), in partnership with Engineering Design and Project Management. You'll also update BOMs based on approved Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Make a difference as an Engineering Document Specialist

Creates and maintains engineering documents including production and kitting BOMS in consultation with Engineering Design and Project Management Teams.

  • Maintains BOMs as directed by approved Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Your day is spent in a professional office setting with steady computer-based work. You'll move between focused desk time and quick check-ins with teammates, balancing accuracy with turnaround time. Expect to review updates, confirm details, and keep information aligned across documents so others can confidently rely on what's in the system.

What we're looking for in an Engineering Document Specialist

  • Understand the basics of electronic components and printed circuit boards.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business documentation and technical procedures.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
