Reporting to:Ā  TX Benefit Center ManagerĀ 


Summary: As the Lead Agent, you will assist in providing oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Benefit Center Agents at the direction of the manager, assist the Benefit Center Manager with daily operations, participate/aid in agent training, and provide support through team chats as requested. You will work closely with the Benefit Center Manager and Regional Director to ensure seamless communication and help generate new ideas to improve patient satisfaction.


Essential Functions:Ā 

• Offer support and guidance to the Benefit Center AgentsĀ 

• Collaborate with the Benefit Center Manager and Regional Director on communication and operational needsĀ 

• Participate in coaching, meetings, and interviews as requiredĀ 

• Assist with day-to-day operationsĀ 

• Be available on-call 5 days a week and during Benefit Center hoursĀ 

• Develop and suggest new ideas to enhance service for our patients and Benefit CenterĀ 

• Assist as needed with reports/projects/tasks as assigned by the managerĀ 

• Ability to serve clients in panel when volume is high, and staff is low or as neededĀ 

• Notetaking, recaps, organization of Benefit Center materials as it supports the Benefit Center ManagerĀ
