As a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll bring high-quality, play-based ABA Therapy to families during weekday evenings and Saturday hours – working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to make a real difference.    Perks & Benefits: Competitive Hourly Rates, $27.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on certification and experience  Weekday Evening & Saturday Schedules  Fun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership   What You’ll Do Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience QualificationsWhat’s Required High school diploma or equivalent Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start   What You’ll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications A friendly, engaging personality with strong ability to connect with children and their families  Comfort working independently with minimal supervision during assigned hours   What Makes You a Great Fit Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable. Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a team Your flexibility when adapting to each child’s unique needs Your strong communication skills and comfort partnering with families and BCBAs to support each child’s progress You can support the following work schedule:   Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 4 - 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm, schedule subject to change based on clinic need. Treatment hours not to exceed 20 hours a week.
