Job Title: Server / Bartender (Part-Time)
Location: Dive Bar and Grille Lawrenceville
Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling- Must have Monday and Weekend availability
Position Overview
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers and/or Bartenders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartender role)
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Handle cash and process payments responsibly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must meet state requirements for alcohol service (bartenders)
