Environmental Health & SafetyĀ LeadershipĀ Program Description:Ā
The Environmental Health & Safety Leadership Program (EHSLP) is designed to prepare candidates for EHS roles within our North American manufacturing facilities. It provides early exposure to leadership training, accelerating their careers with various post-program paths, including EHS Leadership roles. Participants complete the entire program at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. This 24-month structured development offers mentorship from experienced EHS leaders, specialists, and engineers, providing experiential and formal training in the following areas:Ā
