We are seeking a reliable, motivated Line Lead for theĀ Sidasa-Dip Spin Associate to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on production work with line leadership responsibilities, helping ensure quality standards, production goals, and safety requirements are consistently met.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in leading and supporting employeesĀ 
  • Fill in for loader and unloader positions as needed- This is a Hands on positionĀ 
  • Inspect screwsĀ for quality defects and ensure products meet customer specifications
  • Load and unload parts on conveyors and into customer containers
  • Complete production paperwork, work tickets, and scanning requirements accurately
  • Communicate quality concerns, equipment issues, and production updates to supervisors and team members
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Ensure company quality, safety, and production procedures are followed
  • Support continuous production flow while meeting customer expectations
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Previous manufacturing, loader/unloader, or production experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move 35+ pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
