Assist the Co-Directors (Conda Little and Brooklyn Newsome) with day-to-day operations of the School of Dance, providing administrative support, document creation, and front-office coverage for the studio.

Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  1. Administrative office duties – P, C, T
  2. Answering the phone – C, P
  3. Creating, keying, and proofreading documents (e.g., class rosters) – C, CT, T, P
  4. Creating forms – CT, T, P
  5. Creating flyers – C, T, P
  6. Creating social media content – C, T
  7. Organizing studio storage closets – P, CT
  8. Maintaining open office hours for the dance studio – P, C
  9. Assisting Co-Directors with daily administrative duties (including on-campus errands) – C, P, TW
