We’re looking for detail orientated Production Bakers dedicated to crafting exceptional baked

goods using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. Production Bakers are responsible

for producing a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and more. This

position requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to

maintaining our bakery's standards of excellence.

Production Baker Select Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items according to established recipes and procedures, ensuring that they meet our quality and consistency standards.
• Ingredient Preparation: Measure and prepare ingredients accurately, weighing, mixing, and shaping dough as required for different products.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products during the baking process, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
• Timely Production: Adhere to production schedules to ensure that bakery items are available for sale as per demand and minimize waste.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the pastry chef, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate production needs, share insights, and contribute to menu development.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic baking environment.

Arizona. Fulfilling their dream to start a business, Chompie’s Bagel Factory was born. In 2019, JRI

Requirements 

18+ years of age, able to move 50lbs+/- and spend time bending/stooping, and maintain

professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Salary: $16.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour
