We are looking to bring another great member onto our Irrigation Team. Our irrigation division specializes in smart irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair for high-end residential properties. After training is completed you will be given the opportunity to run a company truck and earn base pay plus commission! If you have integrity and enthusiasm and are willing to learn, then you may be the perfect fit for our team.

About the Position :

Pay: $40k + commission

Responsibilities

• Learn to follow all policies and procedures for the position
• Be able to show up consistently at 7 AM
• Drive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the day
• Evaluate homeowner's landscape, pre-installed systems and identifying leaks, clogs, coverage gaps, and equipment malfunctions
• Sell our products and services by informing and advising customers on smart system installations, upgrades, repairs, and water efficiency solutions
• Represent the company professionally when working on upscale residential properties
• Keep work truck clean and organized
• Fill out paperwork and reports properly
• Effectively communicate with management
• Continue to learn in order to improve your understanding of smart irrigation technology, water management, and the products and services we provide

Qualifications

• Common knowledge and experience in Irrigation processes
• Outdoor sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Self-motivated and able to work by yourself while still reporting to a supervisor
• Detail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude while working even when things are difficult
• Desire to learn. This position requires a constant willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic. The harder you work the more you will achieve!
• Communication skills will be required to work together with customers to help maintain their irrigation systems
• Comfortable and professional when working on high-end residential properties
• Arizona drivers license and safe driving skills. Your motor vehicle record will be reviewed
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
