The Impact You’ll Make

Lead & Elevate: Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to deliver flawless GAAP financial reporting.
Drive Strategy: Partner closely with the CFO on annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and profitability analysis.
Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day AP, AR, cash management, payroll accounting, and trust reconciliations.
Build for Scale: Streamline internal controls, lead automation initiatives, and upgrade financial systems to support our rapid growth.
Ensure Compliance: Coordinate annual external audits, corporate tax compliance, and regulatory filings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Active CPA or CPA candidate is HIGHLY preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Public accounting or professional services firm background is highly desirable

Advanced Excel capabilities and experience optimizing accounting software systems.

Absolute discretion, strong executive presence, and the confidence to interact directly with partners and C-suite leadership.
