Join our outpatient Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program in Germantown, Philadelphia, where every day is an opportunity to support individuals on their journey to recovery.
As a full-time LPN , you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment, helping clients achieve healthier, more stable lives through medication-assisted treatment and clinical support.
- Administer/dispense methadone per State and Federal Guidelines
- Ensure adequate recording of the administration/dispensing transaction
- Ensure that the treatment plan of the physician and/or medical director is being followed
- Assess client response to treatment and medication dosage/interactions
- Maintain all medical records including but not limited to individual charts, daily medication charts, dosage records, progress notes, Doctor’s orders, etc., as required
- Collect and prepare client specimens for point of care testing/external lab analysis
- Provide emergency care as needed (CPR, PMAB, Emergency Medications)
Earn $32.78 per hour in the full time, 36 hrs per week opportunity!

- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA
- 1 year of nursing experience is required
- Minimum one (1) year experience with dispensing narcotic medication, preferably in substance abuse treatment including treatment of opioid dependence
- Current CPR certification
Preferred candidates will have:
- Experience with drawing labs, performing EKGs, wound care, and triage is preferred.
- Experience with chemically dependent population is preferred
