This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager working in low voltage and IT related services located in Philadelphia, PA. 

The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, effective service delivery and follow up. 

Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating service technicians, managing client relationships, implementing service policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves responding to service inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining service records.

The Service Manager works directly with the owner of OhmComm, this is a fast-paced position. It requires attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in IT and technology (low voltage) systems

Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in project management is a plus
Experience with ConnectWise preferred
