- Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)
This position will be responsible for environmental compliance programs for the Philadelphia, Milton and Broussard sites. The position will also be responsible for helping to implement the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and reporting sustainability metrics to the corporate headquarters under direction of the EHS Manager. The position will cover management of the fuel tanks and jet fuel A distribution in Philadelphia and Milton. There will be a technician position that will report to the Environmental Engineer who will assist with hazardous waste collection and fuel testing.

- Qualifications for Position:
A. Education
BS in Environmental Studies or related field |
B. Experience
3-5 years working in environmental compliance Regulatory experience with EPA, DEP and Philadelphia regulations Experience working in an ISO 14001 management system |
C. Competencies & Attributes
1. | Ability to work with a diverse population of people of different education backgrounds and train them on EHS Standards in an operations environment |
2. | Ability to work with management at all levels to implement EHS Standards |
3. | Competency with computer systems, Office, database systems, web based EHS reporting systems |
4. | Ability to fill in for haz waste collection and fuel testing. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. |
D. Licensure/Certification
CHMM or CSP helpful HAZWOPER 24 or 40 Hour Training preferred |
