Job DetailsJob Location: Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia, PA 19154Location: Hybrid Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Lead – B2B Performance (Global) Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to build, run and optimize our paid digital campaigns and keep our performance reporting sharp, current and trusted. This is a delivery-focused role at the heart of the Digital team. You will be in the platforms daily, building and managing LinkedIn, Google and programmatic campaigns for huge technology brands and household names, and out of them just as often, pulling the numbers together, spotting what is working, and telling the wider business what it means. You will also be the connective tissue between campaigns and the teams who feed them, coordinating creative, landing pages and assets through Wrike so activity launches on time and to standard. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Lead, who will set the strategic direction and support your development. The ideal candidate is curious about data, meticulous about execution, and keen to grow into a broader performance marketing career. Key Responsibilities Campaign Build & Activation Build, launch and manage paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and programmatic platforms. Set up campaigns correctly from the ground up: audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, conversion tracking, UTM tagging and naming conventions. Monitor live campaigns daily for delivery, spend pacing, disapprovals and anomalies, and act quickly when something needs fixing. Support paid social and display activity as required, ensuring campaigns ladder up to funnel objectives across awareness, demand generation and conversion. Maintain accurate campaign trackers covering budgets, flight dates, audiences and creative versions. Performance Reporting, Insight & Optimisation Produce regular performance updates (weekly and monthly) for internal stakeholders, vendors and regional teams. Track and report core metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, MQL and SQL progression, ROAS and pipeline contribution. Move beyond reporting the numbers: explain what changed, why it changed, and what should happen next. Provide clear, prioritised optimisation recommendations, including creative, copy, audience, bidding, budget allocation and landing page experience, and implement the agreed changes. Run structured A/B tests and document learnings so they can be reapplied across markets and vendors. Connect campaign performance to overall business performance, linking digital activity through to lead quality, opportunity creation and revenue outcomes. Reporting Dashboards & Data Quality Monitor all digital marketing dashboards daily, checking that data is flowing, refreshes have run and figures reconcile with the source platforms. Maintain and update dashboards in Power BI and Google Looker Studio, adding new campaigns, markets, vendors and metrics as activity evolves. Investigate and resolve (or escalate) data discrepancies, broken feeds and tracking gaps. Identify opportunities to improve dashboard usability and automate manual reporting steps, reducing time spent on assembly and increasing time spent on insight. Help uphold data governance standards, including UTM strategy, naming conventions and consistent metric definitions. Coordination & Project Management Use Wrike to raise, track and progress requests for creative assets, landing pages, email support and web updates, ensuring campaigns have everything they need ahead of launch. Coordinate across Design/Studio, Web, Content, CRM, Sales and regional marketing teams, and external agency partners, to keep delivery on schedule. Chase, unblock and communicate: keep stakeholders informed of status, dependencies and risks before they become problems. Ensure creative and landing pages meet platform specifications, brand guidelines and tracking requirements before going live. QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For 2–4+ years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns, ideally from agency backgrounds. Demonstrable in-platform experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads; exposure to programmatic/DSP buying is a strong advantage. Confident with reporting and analysis; comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with Power BI, Looker Studio or a similar BI tool. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Genuinely numerate and curious; able to interrogate a data set, find the story in it and explain it simply to a non-technical audience. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once. Experience using a work management tool (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com or similar) beneficial to coordinate cross-functional delivery. Clear written and verbal communicator, comfortable working across regions and time zones. Open to testing AI tools that speed up reporting, creative production and campaign optimization. Preferred Tools & Platforms LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic/DSP platforms. Power BI, Google Looker Studio. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking. Wrike (or comparable work management platform). Excel / Google Sheets; SQL exposure is a plus. Ideal Candidate Traits Detail-obsessed; spots the broken tag, the mismatched number, the missing asset. Proactive and self-starting; flags issues early and brings solutions. Commercially minded, with an interest in how marketing activity drives business results. Comfortable with routine and rigor, but always looking for a better way to do it. Collaborative and dependable; the person other teams like working with.
