Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in:

Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful work, consistent hours, and the chance to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Full-time hours are available, especially for caregivers willing to serve rural areas across multiple towns.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition.

• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.

• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.

• Support safe mobility and daily routines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.

• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team.

What We're Looking For

• A dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation, as travel between towns may be required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
