Electrical Foreman (Medium Voltage )

Hourly Rate:Â $38.00- $42.00
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Experience working with medium voltages greater than 1kV
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codes
- Hands on experience bending an installing RMC, IMC, and EMTÂ
- Experience leading a team of electricians and assigning required daily tasks
- Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
- Job-site management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completed
- Successful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgets
- Coordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project information
- Strong communication with the onsite supervisor and other trades
- Able to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience and education in commercial and industrial electrical projects working with Medium Voltage
- Must have 3+ years of experience leading a team of electricians
- Possess underground duct bank and transformer vault experience
- Capable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and or bucket truck
- Must possess a solid understanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systems
- Possess excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
- Must be certified in OSHA 30Â
- Must possess strong knowledge of NEC
- Must have valid driver's license
- Formal schooling preferred in the electrical field
- Four year accredited electrical school required
- Experience operating heavy equipment a plus
- Class CDL B is a plus
