Directs high-level operational decision making, resource allocation, and cross-departmental coordination to maintain seamless casino activities. Provides a culture of excellence by driving superior Guest Service, operational efficiency, and team accountability. Serves as the senior authority on the gaming floor, guiding department leaders, resolving complex operational challenges, and upholding the enterprise's commitment to an exceptional and consistent Guest experience. QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. A High School diploma (or GED) with 4-6 years of Table Games Experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience, or 5-7 years of related experience. Gaming industry experience required. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts. and draw valid conclusions.
