Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and site performance
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Ensure excellent customer service and wash quality
Create schedules and manage staffing levels
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility

What We're Looking For:

Leadership or management experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
