Recruiter - Temp 3 months
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Norcross, GA.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across our U.S. operations. You'll partner with hiring managers to identify talent, coordinate recruitment activities, provide an excellent candidate experience, and ensure hiring processes move efficiently from requisition through to offer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of corporate, technical, manufacturing, and operational positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role profiles, and recruitment priorities.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidates to identify skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects Camlin's values and employer brand.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure recruitment activities are accurately tracked within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers and HR partners.
- Support recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Ability to source and attract candidates across multiple functions and skill sets.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting within technology, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with recruiting for technical and professional roles.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple U.S. locations.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or global organization.
