Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise strategy, governance, architecture, or related technology leadership, with experience managing shared-services or Center of Excellence teams across multiple business units or entities. Experience supporting multi-site or multinational manufacturing organizations preferred. Master’s Degree and professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Azure, AWS, or similar credentials preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Experience building and governing a shared-services or Center of Excellence model across multiple operating companies or business units.
  • Demonstrates business acumen and the ability to analyze return on investment and communicate strategic plans, costs, and benefits with senior leadership.
  • Skilled at setting enterprise standards while equipping subject matter leads to own day-to-day execution within their discipline.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing enterprise initiatives across a complex, multi-entity organization.
  • Understands how to balance central governance with the differing operational needs of individual business units.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and practices, including JSOX, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, MES, PLM, CRM) and modern AI and automation tools.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with outside vendors, ensuring compliance and cost management across the Alliance.
  • Experience hiring, retaining, and developing subject matter leads and technical talent, with clearly defined goals and development plans for each.
