We are seeking qualified Adjunct Faculty to teach College Success courses at Passaic County Community College in Courses are available during the day for the 15-week and 12-week semesters.
Examples of Duties
- Teach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi.
- Meet all scheduled class sessions.
- Maintain and report accurate student grades and attendance records using approved procedures and systems.
- Participate in professional development and assessment activities.
- Utilize the appropriate technology, including the College's student learning platform, to fulfill teaching duties.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in appropriate field is required
- Prior teaching experience required; College level teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to work with a diverse student population.
The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation: The pay for this position is $996 per credit taught.
