Helper

Help carpenters, pipefitters, by performing duties of an entry level skill. Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.

• Clean work areas and equipment.

• Apply material to fill gaps in surfaces.

• Supply or hold tools and materials.

• Mark reference points on construction materials.

• Remove worn, damaged or outdated materials from work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.

• 6 months to 1 year of general construction preferred.

• Basic plus required.

• TWIC card required.
