Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based physical therapy care plans.
- Administer targeted therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and corrective exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Educate patients and their family members on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with referring physicians, clinical staff, and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT required).
- Licensure: Active (or eligible for) Nevada Physical Therapist License in good standing.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Experience: 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills; proficient with digital documentation tools.
