About the Role:
1st Response Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Full-time/Part-time EMT or Paramedic to provide on-site medical support at an active construction site in Pampa, TX. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site emergency medical response and first aid to construction site personnel
- Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA and company protocols
- Conduct daily health and safety monitoring of workers on the job site
- Coordinate with local EMS, hospitals, and medical facilities for advanced care when needed
- Maintain accurate patient care reports and incident documentation
- Perform routine medical screenings, vital signs checks, and wellness assessments
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked, maintained, and ready for use
- Coordinate with 1st Response Occupational Providers
Requirements:
- Valid Texas EMT or Paramedic certification/license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for Paramedics
- Prior experience in occupational health, industrial, or construction site medicine preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on an active job site
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Physically able to navigate a construction site environment
