About the role

Revenue at Sanas is generated and influenced across marketing, sales, and growth, and today the picture of it lives in too many places. We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own a single, trustworthy view of revenue end to end β€” from first touch through booked, billed, and recognized dollars.

Role / Responsibility

Revenue tracking and reporting accuracy

  • Own the definition and integrity of core revenue metrics β€” pipeline, bookings, ARR, net revenue retention, churn, expansion β€” and make sure they reconcile across marketing, sales, growth, and finance.
  • Build and maintain the reporting layer leadership and the board actually run on: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly revenue reporting, forecast packages.
  • Reconcile CRM data against billing and revenue systems, and resolve discrepancies at the root rather than patching the report.

Partnership with Finance

  • Work hand in hand with Finance as the operational counterpart on revenue reporting β€” ensuring that bookings and pipeline in the CRM tie cleanly to billed and recognized revenue, and that both teams report the same number.
  • Co-own the revenue forecast with Finance: supply the bottoms-up GTM view, reconcile it against the financial plan, and explain the variance between them.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with accurate GTM inputs, and provide the revenue detail needed for board reporting, budgeting, and audit or diligence requests.

Systems and data

  • Serve as the operational owner of the revenue tech stack β€” CRM, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, billing, and product analytics β€” including data hygiene, field governance, and integration health.
  • Design and maintain the data model that connects marketing-sourced activity to closed revenue, so attribution and funnel conversion are measurable rather than argued about.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Power BI, and partner with data and engineering on the warehouse layer where reporting requirements exceed what the SaaS tools can do.

Process and forecasting

  • Run the forecast process: cadence, inputs, hygiene standards, and the discipline that makes the number credible.
  • Define and enforce the pipeline stages, deal criteria, and handoff points between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Build territory, quota, and capacity models, and support compensation plan design and commission calculations.

Business partnership

  • Act as the analytical partner to sales leadership, marketing, and finance β€” surfacing where the funnel is leaking, which segments are converting, and where to put the next dollar and the next headcount.
  • Turn recurring questions into standing dashboards so the team stops rebuilding the same analysis.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related analytical function at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Fluent, daily use of AI tools β€” a must-have, not a bonus. You use AI to compress reporting cycles that used to take days into hours, and you lean on it to break down messy business problems, pressure-test your own analysis, and get to a workable solution faster. We want someone who reaches for these tools by instinct and can raise the bar for how the rest of the GTM team works.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce experience as an administrator or power user β€” you have built objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and reports yourself, not just filed tickets.
  • A good working understanding of Microsoft Power BI β€” enough to build and maintain dashboards that non-analysts actually use.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with Finance on revenue reporting and forecasting, and a low tolerance for numbers that do not tie out.
  • Working knowledge of the wider GTM tool ecosystem β€” Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong, and similar prospecting, enrichment, and conversation intelligence platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise sales motions with long cycles, pilots, and usage-based or seat-based pricing.
  • Exposure to product analytics and usage data as a leading indicator of expansion and churn.
