The AMP Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑impact educational strategies that strengthen commercial capabilities across DePuy Synthes. This role leads the design and execution of education programs that align with commercial priorities, enhance customer engagement, and support field effectiveness.Â
You will partner across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Learning teams to ensure education initiatives are data‑driven, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. This is a highly visible role that directly contributes to improving customer outcomes, advancing product adoption, and enabling commercial growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Lead the development and execution of commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities and product portfoliosÂ
• Design and implement scalable training programs, educational content, and learning systems for internal teams and healthcare professionalsÂ
• Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy, customer needs, and market opportunitiesÂ
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve educational programsÂ
• Drive data-driven insights to optimize targeting, engagement, and learning outcomes in support of commercial excellenceÂ
• Manage and coordinate projects, programs, and processes tied to education initiatives across multiple stakeholdersÂ
• Develop innovative learning approaches, including digital and blended learning solutions, to enhance capability buildingÂ
• Provide coaching, guidance, and subject matter expertise to team members and partner organizationsÂ
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and company standards in all education and training activitiesÂ
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement rooted in the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principlesÂ

QualificationsÂ
Education:Â
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field)Â
• Advanced degree (MBA, MA/MS, or equivalent) preferredÂ
Â
Experience and Skills:Â
Required:Â
• Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in commercial excellence, education, training, or related functionsÂ
• Demonstrated experience leading programs, projects, or processes aligned to commercial strategyÂ
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performanceÂ
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsÂ
• Experience developing and executing training or educational programs in a regulated environmentÂ
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skillsÂ
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilitiesÂ
Preferred:Â
• Experience in MedTech, orthopedics, or healthcare industryÂ
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesÂ
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning toolsÂ
• Familiarity with commercial operations, sales enablement, or field trainingÂ
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships for education programsÂ
• Certification in training, coaching, or learning & development disciplinesÂ
