Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Perianesthesia manager functions as a key member of the perioperative services leadership team by managing the resources and daily activities of Perianesthesia nursing in the Prep Office, Pre-op and PACU departments. This leadership role will focus on mentoring nurses, advancing professional development, optimizing patient throughput, and fostering a cohesive and diverse healthcare team dedicated to perianesthesia excellence and patient satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Of Nursing upon hire and 4-6 years exp. Minimum of three years (3) in a similar role.
Minimum of one (1) year in a leadership role.
Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA)
Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN)
