What You’ll DoÂ
- Process, balance, and reconcile payment system transactions and related accounts to ensure accuracy and timelinessÂ
- Support payment services operations, including electronic payments, card services, and stop payment requestsÂ
- Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, disputes, errors, and member account issuesÂ
- Monitor payment activity for potential fraud, abuse, and riskÂ
- Provide responsive support and guidance to members, community partners, and internal team members regarding payment-related services and transactionsÂ
- Maintain accurate records, general ledger activity, and vendor communicationÂ
Is This You?Â
- High school diploma, or equivalentÂ
- Financial services industry experienceÂ
- Strong computer and application skillsÂ
- Strong oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilitiesÂ
- Ability to collaborate and maintain effective team relationshipsÂ
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearanceÂ
- Ability to be bondedÂ
- Preferred But Not Required: College degree, 1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experienceÂ
