| Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Handle probate, trust, and commercial litigation cases.
- Draft and file legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Engage in probate administration, estate planning, and corporate law tasks.
Experience you will need: - Minimum 3-5+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation.
- Experience handling substantive hearings, depositions, and conducting trials.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
