Community Association Manager

We’re seeking a Florida-Licensed Community Association Manager in Orlando, Florida, to provide community management services to certain communities.

Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Manage communications with HOA Board and residents.
• Manage community appearance via vendor procurement and declaration enforcement activities.
• Facilitate and administer Board and Association meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A Valid Florida Community Association Management (CAM) License
