Position: Clinic Manager
Reports to: Regional Manager and Director of Operations
About the Role
As the manager of a Medi-Weightloss clinic, you will oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic including: clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative. The environment is fast-paced and the position is multi-faceted. The Manager must be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation while meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals as set by the company.
Essential Job Functions
Managerial:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.
Maintain operation standards according to the company’s defined KPI (Key Performance Indicators) benchmarks.
Coach staff on performance and professional development holding all employees to the highest standards of operational excellence.
Lead weekly meetings with clinic staff to ensure goal achievement, continuous training and franchise consistency.
Utilizing a “hands on“ approach in upholding company policies and standards regarding clinic operations, cleanliness and staff duties.
Pay close attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and have the flexibility to work a variety of roles to ensure the job is done in a timely manner.
Identifies any issues or problems regarding clinical/operational policies, service levels rendered or personnel; develop and implement any appropriate corrections, adjustments and solutions
Always thinking on a “Proactive” vs “Reactive” level
Administrative:
General Office responsibilities: Executes daily Opening / Closing procedures, collection & data entry of patient registration paperwork, patient scheduling, knowledge of verification of benefits, EMR reports, cash handling, product sales, product inventory, and banking.
Telephone handling: Using the company approved telephone script, schedule appointments and communicate with patients.
Consultation: through individual consultations, present the company services and onboard new patients daily.
Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient’s progress and address any missed appointments.
Clinical:
Obtains a patient's vitals, ECG, injection administration and Phlebotomy (this can be taught if it is not a current skill set of yours)
Counsel patients on their progress and diet during weekly visits
Documents patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR
Performs other clinical duties as required
