Who We LookĀ For:Ā
We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, RavelloĀ with 1 year of culinary experience.Ā Ā
Ā
Responsibilities:Ā
Primarily work with cold items, and overallĀ preparationĀ organizationĀ
Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station (I.eĀ meat temperatures, cookingĀ eggs, chicken,Ā sausage, and baconĀ in depth prep of warm items, etc.)Ā Ā
Maintain a clean, and organizedĀ workstationĀ Ā
Mainly work as a breakfast āshort-orderā cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality mannerĀ
Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to sufferĀ
Ā
Minimum Qualifications:Ā Ā
Attention to detail, good communication skillsĀ
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environmentĀ
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are requiredĀ
At least 1 year of culinary experienceĀ
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.Ā
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workĀ weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.Ā
