Job DetailsJob Location: GRAIN READFIELD - FREMONT, WI 54940Grain Maintenance Operations – Full-Time Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Grain Maintenance for their Readfield and Center Valley Locations. Manage a PM Schedule. Receive grain from customers and load out grain trucks/railcars year round Operate grain dryers Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Provide excellent customer service Communicate and work with customers and other team members on a daily basis Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management HOURS First shift: daily hours Monday through Friday. Additional hours worked during peak harvest season, including some weekend hours. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Millwright experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to adapt to changing situations. Class A CDL preferred, but not required. Don’t have one? No problem!
