Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in a flexible remote opportunity that can fit around work, school, family, or other commitments.

As a Supplemental Income Travel Specialist, you will help clients research and coordinate vacations including resorts, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family trips, couples getaways, groups, tours, and international destinations.

Responsibilities

Learn about client vacation preferences, dates, and budgets
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, and transportation
Compare options and provide personalized recommendations
Coordinate selected arrangements through approved supplier platforms
Organize confirmations and important reservation details
Track payments, deadlines, and client requests
Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
Maintain accurate client and reservation records
Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and available promotions

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable researching information online
Able to work independently and manage priorities
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
Willing to learn supplier and reservation systems
Reliable internet access and compatible device
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
