Job Summary

CTK USA, Inc. is looking for reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You'll play a key role in getting orders picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, physically active role in a modern distribution center — great for people who like to stay moving and take pride in getting things done right.

What You'll Do

• Pick items from shelves and bins accurately using a handheld scanner or picklist
• Pack orders into boxes or totes, ensuring proper protection and labeling
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods)
• Prior warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you
