Job Title: Electro/Mechanical RF EngineerÂ

Brief Summary of Position:
The Electro/Mechanical RF Engineer is a figure for the development of state-of-the-art measurement solutions the drive the world’s best wireless communication systems. By using technical knowledge of microwave theory, mechanical design and project management skills, the RF engineer will assist in the assembly and testing phases required to verify and validate the functionality of new Hardware and Software products. In addition, the RF Engineer will support production with troubleshooting existing products and in some cases assist production with shipments for customer orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with common lab equipment such as: Power Supplies, Spectrum analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multi Meters and Vector Network Analyzers.
- Understanding microwave network theory, analog/digital communication theory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience documenting test procedures or validation results.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
- Proficient in computer applications: Excel, Word, PPT, Microsoft teams, and Outlook.
- Hands‑on experience with common small tools. In some cases, will need to work under a microscope.
- Organized and structured with note taking and project reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SolidWorks & PDM.
- Understanding of Project Management concepts and tools (SOW, resource allocation, Gantt, Agile).
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to manage small projects or multi step tasks.
- Experience with operating 3D Printers or equivalent.
Essential Duties of the Position:
- Support R&D with Assembly and RF testing prototype assemblies.
- Support Production with Assembly and RF testing production assemblies.
- Collaboration with hardware and software engineers to characterize and troubleshoot RF systems.
- Develop and document RF test procedures for engineering and production environments.
- Collaborate across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to improve product manufacturability and reliability.
- Support the CAD team with creating or modifying drawings.
- Project manage small projects or multi step tasks for R&D.Â
