Description

CRCC is looking to add a part-time or full-time center-based BCBA to our growing ABA Program at our Omaha Centers (88th & Blondo and 138th & Q Street). This position will primarily be at our SW Center off 138th & Q Street. 聽There will be minimal travel between the NW and the SW Center. This position will provide support to staff, clients, and families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.聽

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
  • 聽Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with families and team members from our multidisciplinary team (speech, OT, certified teachers, daycare staff, PT, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation and follow ethical guidelines

  • For Casual and Part-time employees'- who work 15-29 hours per week and Part-time 30 plus hours worked per week, who work at least 80 hours of consecutive employment in a calendar year, will accrue one hour per each 30 hours worked with an accrual cap of 56 hours.聽
  • Holiday policy聽for paid holidays for part-time staff that average 15 to 35 hours a week, will be paid the average daily hours worked up to a maximum of 4 hours.聽

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Certified as a BCBA; minimum of three year鈥檚 experience preferred as a BCBA; 聽
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision training based on the Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0)聽
  • Maintains continuing education requirements for BCBA credential;聽
  • Willing to increase knowledge in fields of endeavor;聽
  • Able to read and understand written plans;聽
  • Able to lift up to fifty pounds and practice 2 person lifting for clients over 50 pounds or when necessary;聽
  • Able to meet conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, Nebraska State Patrol, criminal history check and fingerprinting.聽
